With nearly 23 years of senior leadership experience in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, Adam Sickler serves as the CEO & President of the VOA Western Nebraska. During his tenure, he has overseen more than 20 individual programs serving just over 13,000 people annually with various specialized human service programs. His efforts have led to the development of numerous community-based projects and human service programs that continue to meet the needs of at-risk populations in Nebraska and has grown the organization’s total revenue by more than 290% in less than 20 months.
To this end, Mr. Sickler has established several corporate partnerships in recent years, including growing relationships with global healthcare providers,U.S. federal and state government agencies responsible for protecting the public's health and providing essential services to those most in need. These combined efforts have procured more than $1,726,000 in public support and grants awarded to the VOAWN organization.
Danny W. Jowers
Director of Program Operations
With over 20 years of aggregated experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors, Mr. Jowers brings results-orientated expertise rooted in B2B & B2C marketing strategies, visual communication, social media planning, business development, grant writing strategies, architectural design & 3D visualization, along with information systems design and management.
As the Director of Program Operations for the VOAWN, Mr. Jowers spearheads the development group for strategic funding initiatives, external relations, grant procurement, corporate partnerships, government contracting, and general performance reporting. In addition, Mr. Jowers directs VOAWN operational efforts and existing community-based human-service programs with a unique skill-set utilizing his multi-disciplinary visual communication and marketing background. He draws inspiration from those combined professional experiences to provide innovative ideas that routinely produce success-driven results.
